Portée par le centre d’artistes Agrégat, la Manifestation JE/US a pour mandat de favoriser la rencontre entre les arts visuels et les citoyen·ne·s de Karonhiatsi'kowahne/Longueuil. Elle réalise des projets où se conjuguent l’espace urbain, le territoire, les arts visuels et les communautés. En collaboration avec plusieurs partenaires, chaque édition de JE/US déploie un programme d’activités et d’expositions diversifié et engageant.

Lancée en 2021, la Manifestation JE/US s’inscrit dans une démarche entreprise par le centre d’artistes Agrégat pour faire vivre le territoire et ses citoyen·ne·s à travers les arts visuels, ainsi que pour accroître la présence des artistes au sein de l’espace public de Karonhiatsi'kowahne/Longueuil. L’organisme offre, depuis sa fondation en 2010, diverses activités permettant aux collectivités de réfléchir au monde qui les entoure et de renforcer leur rôle au sein de l’écosystème urbain et artistique.

Organized by the artist-run centre Agrégat, Manifestation JE/US aims to foster encounters between the visual arts and the citizens of Karonhiatsi'kowahne/Longueuil. It supports and organizes projects that combine urban space, territory, visual arts and communities. In collaboration with several partners, each edition of JE/US presents a diverse and engaging program of activities and exhibitions.

Launched in 2021, Manifestation JE/US is part of an initiative undertaken by Agrégat to energize the territory and its citizens through the visual arts, and to increase the presence of artists in the public spaces of Karonhiatsi'kowahne/Longueuil. Since its founding in 2010, the artist-run centre has offered a variety of activities that encourage communities to reflect on how they inhabit the land and the world around them, while strengthening their role within the urban and artistic ecosystem.
